Full-Time Junior Analyst Program

Application Open: Alta Fox is accepting applications for both the internship and the full-time program: Eligible students graduating in 2027 for the Summer 2026 internship.

About the Opportunity Alta Fox Capital Management offers two distinct opportunities for aspiring investment professionals:

1. Junior Analyst Summer Internship – Targeted at upcoming juniors as the primary recruiting funnel into our full-time program. Interns receive a subset of the full-time training program and gain direct investing experience beyond what an investment banking internship offers. Successful interns may earn a spot in our Analyst Program.

2. Full-Time Junior Analyst Program – Designed for current investment bankers who are eager to transition directly into buy-side investing. This two-year program provides individualized training in fundamental research analysis, direct mentorship from senior investment professionals, and early exposure to high-impact decision-making in a hedge fund setting. Exceptional analysts may be considered for a full-time role.

About the Role As a Junior Analyst at Alta Fox, you will play a pivotal role in our investment process. Unlike many firms where junior employees focus on presentation slides and administrative tasks, our analysts are given meaningful responsibility from day one. You will conduct deep fundamental research, engage in due diligence, and directly contribute to the firm’s investment decisions. Both programs are based in our headquarters in downtown Fort Worth, TX, the fastest-growing large city in the U.S.
